This is a 1964 Kombi and as such is not required to have seat belts.

This has the benefit of no wrinkles on your wedding dress or new suit however the hirer accepts the risk associated with this fact. The front seats do have restraints and must be worn. Child seats are not catered for.

This is not a self-drive vehicle

Hire is from Murarrie return to Murarrie and the price is included in your quote.

A quote is valid for 14 days and only becomes a booking once $200 deposit is paid into the provided bank acct.

In the event of two deposits being paid for the same date then the first deposit will have the booking. In this event the second deposit will be refunded with in 2 working days.

By paying the deposit to the provided bank acct the hirer agrees they have read and understands the conditions of use. The hirer will notify all intended passengers of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form the contract between the hirer and the “special purpose limousine” provider.

The hirer must provide the pick up address, Time of pick up and itinerary schedule 2 weeks prior to the hire date.

The hirer will specify two week before the hire date if the driver needs to know the route from pick up to drop off or it will be deemed the hirer will provide directions from inside the vehicle street by street as desired. The driver or this company will not be liable for any loss of time or schedule or costs associated with meeting times or locations. We will follow the directions from the hirer with in the law.

Any changes to the quoted itinerary must be in writing and agreed to in writing prior to the hire date and may incur extra charges to cover extra mileage or time.

All change requests are subject to availability but all attempts will be made to accommodate changes.

The initial $200 is a booking fee and is non refundable.

The Kombi is mechanically as good as it can be but is a 1964 year Kombi and although she has never let me down should we not be able to attend due to mechanical failure or accident damage we will do our very best to provide a replacement vehicle or full refund at the hirers choice. We are not responsible for any loss or costs associated with the non-supply of our services or any failure to meet deadlines

Although we care for your safety and make every effort to keep you safe including 6 month safety checks we take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any goods or possession or personal injury sustained in the use of this vehicle above and beyond the cover provided by the CTP insurance provided by Qld Transport or the CTP insurer or the comprehensive cover on insured hired vehicle.

Food, alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden in the Kombi at all times.
If any passenger is intoxicated they will not be permitted entry to the vehicle and we will not be liable for any loss or pay any refund or costs.

Any rowdy, obnoxious or rude behavior will terminate this agreement immediately we will not be liable for any loss or pay any refund or costs.

Any damage or soiling to vehicle above normal use will be consider negligence and the hirer will be charged cleaning and or repairs up to the excess of the comprehensive insurance excess or the whole cost of the damage repairs if the damage is willful.
